MEASURING YOUR DOG FOR APPAREL

Instructions for measuring your dog are listed at the bottom of each item description. Generally, sizes are measured from the nape of the neck to the base of the tail. Clothing is usually sized in even numbers. E.g. 10", 12", 14". If your dog is an in-between size, we suggest ordering one size up. Many items are sized S, M, or L. Guides for size conversion from inches will be listed at the bottom of each item description.



MEASURING YOUR DOG FOR COLLARS

Collars are measured in inches. Measure the circumference of your dog’s neck. E.g. 10", 12", 14", etc. If your dog is in-between sizes, we suggest ordering one size up. Some collars are sized S, M, L. Guides for size conversion from inches will be listed at the bottom of each item description.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery for in stock items are approximately 5 – 8 working days. We will contact you via email if an item is out of stock, with the approximate delivery time for these items.

Delivery on some items vary from 2 – 8 weeks. Extended delivery times are noted at the bottom of each description.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS:

We will contact you via email within 24 hours if an item is out of stock.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns or exchanges are accepted with 30 days from the date the order is placed. We do not accept returns/exchanges on items after 30 days. Please call our customer service department for return of extended delivery items.

Items must be in brand new condition, and have never been used, to be eligible for return/exchange. It will be up to Best in Show’s discretion to evaluate items once we receive the return. We will donate not new or used items to an animal rescue organization on your behalf, but cannot credit you back for the return.

Shipping for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted with prior authorization. Please call us at (415)864-7387 or email us at info@bestinshowsf.com for return/exchange authorization number.

SALES TAX:

California Residents are taxed 9.5%. For all other residents, there is no sales tax charged.
